Specific Terms & Conditions for online sales

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

When an order is made online you will receive an email to confirm we are processing your order. All online orders are subject to our acceptance of the order.

PAYMENTS

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable and delivery charges are clearly stated at check out. Local taxes and duties are paid by De Rouge unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for paying any import duties & taxes which may be charged upon delivery. 

Full payment will be required when ordering online and can be made via any of the methods specified. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. If the issuer of your payment card does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

DELIVERY

At the time of dispatch, we choose the fastest and most convenient delivery among DHL / UPS / ARAMEX. 

We aim to dispatch all orders the next day they are placed (with the exception of weekends) but please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch. 

We ship worldwide. Please note customers are responsible for paying any import duties & taxes which may be charged upon delivery. 

International orders are shipped via DHL/UPS/ARAMEX International Tracked. A tracking number will be provided following dispatch. Items usually arrive within 5-8 working days.

 

RETURNS

Should you wish to return any goods you must inform us with 3 days of delivery AND return the goods in perfect condition within 7 days of delivery.

Item(s) returned must be in their original condition (packaging, box and protection) without cutting hang tap on label, and accompanied by their invoice or a copy of the invoice in the case of a partial return.

Returned items must be in the original condition they arrived in with any boxes or labels still intact. 

The refund will be processed on receipt. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by De Rouge. We recommend sending all returns back via a tracked or signed service. Please note De Rouge does not accept liability for returned goods.

Please allow 3-5 days working days for refunds to show in your account.

PRIVACY

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

The contents of contract (order) will be stored. For safety reasons your orders data is not available via the internet. De Rouge keeps this data in confidence according to our Privacy Policy.
