When the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the shipment where you will find the link to track the delivery.
Georgia:

Shipments are made from Mondays to Fridays.
Shipping times are indicative, you will be able to follow the status of your delivery at all times thanks to the provided tracking and the information shared by the chosen courier company.
Customs costs are always borne by the end customer.
The customer will be informed by email if there is any change to the above timing.
To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure to provide an address where someone will always be available to receive the package. Please remember to check the packaging of your product upon delivery to ensure it’s intact, undamaged and unaltered. If you notice any issues, kindly make a note of the damage on the courier’s delivery receipt and notify us promptly. Your attention helps us ensure everything arrives just as it should.

RETURNS
All returns must be unpacked (without cutting hang tap on label), unused and in their original condition. Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return request please email de-rouge@de-rouge.com with your return request within 3 days of the delivery date. The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
